Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.
1. Cancelling Orders within 24 Hours
If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
However, please note:

Orders that are ready to ship and dispatched within 24 hours cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

3. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
While we aim to process orders quickly, there are situations beyond our control (e.g., stock unavailability, delays with courier services, or unexpected issues with manufacturing). In such cases:

Refunds may be issued for unfulfilled orders if stock becomes unavailable, but cancellations due to delays may not always be possible.

5. Refunds After Cancellation

At Chellam Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read through our return policy below.
1. When Can I Return an Item?
You can return an item if:

It’s damaged due to manufacturing defects.

You received the wrong item by mistake.
However, we cannot accept returns if:

You change your mind or simply don’t like the item (e.g., colour, fabric, fit).

You ordered the wrong size.
To process returns for these reasons, the product must be unused, with tags intact. You will also need to return the item at your own cost.
Note: Items purchased in the Sale or Clearance section cannot be returned.
2. How Soon Do I Need to Contact You?
Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your item. If you contact us after this time, we may not be able to process your return.
3. When Are Returns Not Accepted?
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

Sale/Clearance Items: These are non-returnable.

Without Authorization: Please wait for a Return Authorization email from us before sending the item back. We cannot accept returns sent without prior approval.
